I ordered two of the Samsung 26 inch LCD TV's for bedrooms and am very pleased. Ordered the first one to see if there was any problems, there were none. Ordered the second one three day's after I got the first one.
Great price, Great picture and no problem with shipping. ......
I like everything about it, except for the sleep timer mode. It only registers in 30 minute intervals. It is a great size for my bedroom. I also own a 40' Samsung. Excellent TV's and pictures. Excellent delivery.......
I purchased the 46 inch version of this TV and loved it so much I wanted to get a smaller one for my room.
Great TV, competitive price, plenty of options, easy to use, and it looks great; not only it's picture, but it's physical appearance as well.......
I don't have any complaints but I've only had it for a week. I purchased this TV for my bedroom and it's the perfect size. Big enough for viewing but small enough not to take over the room. Since I don't have cable in my bedroom I only use it to watch DVD movies. It has a convenient button (P.Size) that adjusts a widescreen movie so that it fills up the whole TV screen without the black bars on top and bottom. The sound is just fine for a smaller room. I used different features in the Menu to adjust the picture and sound.
I also recently purchased a Samsung LN32B360 for my living room and I don't notice much of a difference. The only thing I prefer about my 32" is that you can twist the screen on its stand to adjust the view angles. You can't tilt or twist this 26".
Also, if you are concerned about the red coloring along the bottom of the screen, I don't even notice it anymore. I was concerned about buying the TV because I don't like red and it doesn't go with my bedroom colors but it isn't a problem.......
This TV has a great picture from the front easily the best in the 26" market. I searched for a long time and compared it Sony and LG. I was considering Sony's new KDL-26L5000 but this Samsung has double the contrast ratio.
Unfortunately the only negative is also the deal killer for me and that is the side viewing angle. I think the Sony did better in this area but not enough to warrant it over this samsung. Ultimately I decided to go with the Samsung LN32B650 for the bedroom as it has a better vewing angle, info link, 1080P, LAN port, and you can use the USB to actually view things and not just for service/firmware upgrades. Granted the LN32B650 is double the price :)
If you are looking for a LCD for the bedroom or kitchen where you plan to watch it head on and not the side then this is it. If you are insistent on a 26" TV again, this is the best one out there right now. The fact is, if you want a TV with all the current bells and whistles, 32 inches is the smallest size you can find it in. ......
